Workspace
Workspace is Arvad's next-generation surface — a unified place for everything you ship, across every product and project.
What is Workspace?
Workspace re-organises Arvad around the way you actually work. Instead of bouncing between dashboards, project lists, and external tools, Workspace gives you a single sidebar with Today, My Work, Meetings, Experiments, Decisions, Projects, Products, and Teams — each one a typed, real-time surface on top of the same underlying data your existing dashboard already manages.
Switching modes is non-destructive. You can flip back to the classic dashboard ("Focus" mode) at any time using the toggle in the sidebar.

Today & My Work
The default landing surface in Workspace. Today aggregates everything that needs your attention right now — meetings about to start, action items waiting on you, decisions to ratify, and experiment guardrail breaches. My Work is your personal queue across every product you have access to.

Meetings — the review queue
Workspace ships a redesigned Meetings module on top of Arvad's existing analyzer. Every extracted action item, decision, and requirement lands in a pending_review state and is disposed of explicitly — approved, dismissed, or promoted to a ticket / decision record / PRD section — through bulk and per-row actions.
What's in the queue
- • Action items (with assignee + priority + linked ticket draft)
- • Decisions (promoted into the Decisions log)
- • Requirements (promoted into a PRD section)
- • Auto-detected mentions (projects, tickets, people)

Prototypes
Workspace integrates a multi-surface Figma pipeline plus first-class support for v0 and Claude Design. Prototypes are grouped into bundles per project, and dev-mode Figma frames get the corresponding Arvad URL written back automatically so engineers always know which prototype goes with which ticket.

Experiments
Workspace adds full experimentation lifecycle on top of the existing experiment links — hypothesis, primary & secondary metrics, guardrails, variants, allocation, MDE, sample-size target, peek-locking, draft / ship PR URLs, and a cleanup ticket. The Experiments surface in Workspace is where you run EDD end-to-end without leaving Arvad.

AI Chat
The right-hand AI Pane is context-aware. It knows which screen you're on, which crumbs you came from, and what data is visible — so prompts like "summarise this meeting's pending action items" or "what guardrails just tripped on experiment X?" just work, with no copy-paste.

Switching between Focus and Workspace
A segmented control sits at the top of both sidebars. Click Focus to return to the classic dashboard; click Workspace to enter the new surface. Your data is identical in both modes — only the presentation changes.
